Derry Queens Quay cycleway may not be considered a Greenway by definition, it provides a great chance to discover the urban areas.
Foyle Valley Greenway, similarly to Waterside, provides a footpath going alongside River Foyle, while at the same time following the line of the former Great Northern Railway.
Waterside Greenway follows along the east side of River Foyle and is a link between places on both of its banks.
About 1km northwest of Londonderry’s centre lies a peaceful and lush place called The Brooke Park, which dates back to 1901.
If you look for a calm and unspoilt location in Derry, picturesque St Columb’s Park is definitely the best choice.
Hidden among the many buildings of Derry’s~Londonderry’s centre, lies a delightful dickensian square called The Craft Village.
Established on the 25th of June 2011, The Peace Bridge goes over the River Foyle and connects the city centre with Ebrington Square.
