Established on the 25th of June 2011, The Peace Bridge goes over the River Foyle and connects the city centre with Ebrington Square. Spanning over 200 metres (771 feet) , the structure can be seen from almost everywhere in the city.

Being the third and newest bridge, it certainly has a unique and more modern look compared to bridges Foyle and Craigavon. As the only non-vehicle crossing in the city you can go over it both on foot and by bike. You can also sit down on one of the benches, relax, take a breather and enjoy an incredible view of both sides of the city.

Also don’t stress about visiting it immediately, as you will probably have to cross it many times during your stay.
