They’re a fast and reliable method of getting around the city. You can either catch one on the streets or book them at City Cabs, Foyle Taxis or Taxi Co, whichever you prefer.
There is also a train line connecting Derry with Belfast. Even though it’s the only line in Derry, it goes along the coastline so the views you get while travelling are astonishing. It also has a stop at Castlerock – a small town with beautiful beaches and old ruins situated on the cliffs.
The ride lasts about 2 hours and costs between 13-18 £.
